Are peptides safe? 

All products sold by Base Peptides are strictly for laboratory research use only. We do not provide medical advice or guidance on personal use.

If you are not an experienced researcher or qualified professional, we recommend that you do not place an order.

Is your company legitimate?

Base Peptides is a tenured and respected research supply company serving qualified and experienced researchers. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of our company, we recommend not purchasing with us. 

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods displayed at checkout are the only currently accepted options. If a method is not selectable, it is not accepted at that time.

I submitted a payment, but my order was canceled. What should I do?

Email support@basepeptide.com with screenshots showing:

  • Payment method used
  • Payment address or recipient
  • Transaction details (date, amount, status)

This allows us to promptly locate and reconcile your payment.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

No. For security reasons, payment methods cannot be changed after checkout. If you need a different method, please request cancellation and place a new order.

Why does ID verification sometimes apply?

ID verification may be required for first-time credit card customers as a fraud-prevention measure. Once verified, it is typically not required again for future orders.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that checkout was fully completed.

If you still do not see a confirmation email, contact support@basepeptide.com with your full name, email used at checkout, and the approximate date and time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment verification.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet. Is something wrong?

Once USPS accepts a package, transit scans may be delayed. If tracking has not updated longer than expected, please contact your local USPS office.

Tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see my package.

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, only USPS can assist with locating it. Please contact your local USPS office directly.

Promotions & Discounts

Why didn’t my discount code apply?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout before placing the order. If a code was missed, you may request cancellation and reorder with the correct code.

Are discounts applied retroactively?

No. Promotions are limited-time offers and cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed or shipped.
